  • 1 kg potato (s), waxy
  • 2 cubes vegetable stock
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ring / s meat sausage
  • nutmeg
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and thinly slice the potatoes, put the slices in a saucepan and fill with water, add the stock cubes and cook the potatoes until soft. Then add the cream and sour cream and season with nutmeg and pepper.
  2. Cut the meat sausage into small pieces, place in the saucepan and heat up briefly.
