Ingredients

  • 350 g beef, cooked
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 half a cucumber (s)
  • 15 olives, black, without stone
  • 3 peppers, pickled, green, medium hot
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (sherry vinegar)
  • 4 tablespoon orange juice
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil, cold pressed
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • some parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into fine strips. Eight the peppers, clean and cut into fine strips, cut or slice the onion into fine rings. Halve the cucumber, scrape out the seeds and cut into cubes. Halve the olives and cut the pepperoni into small rings.
  2. Mix a vinaigrette from vinegar, orange juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients with the vinaigrette and let it steep for about 1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
