Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 6 medium onion (s)
- 2 cups cream
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder, hot pink
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, mild
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon fondor
- 250 ml white wine, drier
- 1 tablespoon herbs, frozen (8 herb mix)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil, virgin
- 1 ½ cloves garlic, according to taste

- First cut the chicken breast into small pieces. This is put in a bowl together with a tablespoon of oil. Now add the spices and the garlic cloves. Mix everything well and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
- Heat the remaining oil in a pan and then add the shredded meat. Now sear the meat as hot as possible. Then put the meat on a plate in a preheated oven at 100 degrees.
- Do not wipe the pan and first simmer the onions in it until they are translucent. Now simmer the white wine with the herbs. Then pour the whole thing over with cream and, if necessary, add the spices you used before. Now reduce to the desired consistency and add the shredded meat for 2-3 minutes.
- Goes perfectly with rice or dumplings - something really special.
