Ingredients
- 70 g spelled rice
- 150 ml milk
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- cinnamon
- Sugar, brown (Xucker Bronxe)

- Bring the milk to the boil with a pinch of salt and stir in the spelled rice. Then cover and cook on the lowest setting for approx. 15 minutes. Add the sliced banana, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Can be eaten warm or cold. Before serving, sprinkle with the Xucker-cinnamon mixture, done.
- Personally, I love spelled rice because it stays pretty crunchy. If you don`t like that too much, you can also use normal risotto rice for it.
