Ingredients
- 150 g spelled flour
- 150 g rye flour
- 110 g seeds, (sunflower or pumpkin seeds) or mixed
- 250 g quark
- 150 ml water, lukewarm
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ olive oil
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar, or honey

- Dissolve yeast and sugar or honey in lukewarm water, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and stir well with a whisk. Pour this liquid mixture into the bread pan. Add the flour, quark and grains and start program 1 (basic) and deep browning.
- If you like it a little heartier, you can add dried herbs or spices.
