Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar, brown / rock candy
  • 50 g almond (s), rated
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon, (ground)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove (s), (ground)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cardamom, (ground)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ anise, (ground)
  • 250 g powdered suar, (for the icin)
  • 1 egg (s), including the egg white, (for the glaze)
  • 2 teaspoons milk, hot or hot water (for the glaze)
  • Sugar (hail sugar), (for the decoration

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and baking powder and sift on a baking board. Make a well in the middle and add the brown sugar, almonds, eggs and spices, then top with the butter cut into pieces. Knead all ingredients to form a smooth dough and leave to rest in a cool place for at least an hour. Roll out the dough and cut out different shapes. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 175 ° without preheating for about 12 minutes.
