  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 200 g chocolate flakes
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons gingerbread spice
  • 2 cl rum

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from all the ingredients, spread on a greased baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes. After cooling, cut into 4 x 4 cm squares and coat with chocolate icing.
