  • 1 tablespoon savory, dried
  • 1 tablespoon dill, dried
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a small depression in the middle, crumble in the fresh yeast and add the sugar and 100 ml of warm water. Let the dough rise for about 5 minutes, then mix everything with a mixer, add the remaining water and stir everything for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the onions into small cubes and fry them in a little margarine until they are translucent, then leave to cool a little. Then stir in the onions, herbs, garlic and salt into the batter. Grease the baking pan and dust it with flour and pour in the batter (the batter is quite runny). Let the dough rise in the mold for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then put it in the preheated oven and bake at 180 ° C for about an hour. When the bread is golden brown, take it out and let it cool down.
