Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s)
- liters ⅛ water
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 600 g bell pepper (s), red and reen
- 400 g onion (s)
- 250 g tomato (s)
- 2 tablespoon margarine or oil
- 1 can tomatoes, peeled
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, hot pink
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche

- Peel the potatoes, cut into medium-sized cubes and place in a saucepan. Add the water and cook. Mash the potatoes with the masher. Now stir the milk, butter and nutmeg into the mashed potatoes. To taste.
- Core the peppers and cut into cubes. Peel and slice the onions. To dice tomatoes.
- Heat the fat in a saucepan. Now sauté the onion cubes in it. Then add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Now add the tomatoes. Now add the can of tomatoes and season everything with salt, pepper and paprika and let cook for about 15 minutes. Now stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste.
- Serve the puree and vegetables together.
