  • 2 pear (s), halved
  • 4 slices puff pastry
  • 100 g Goronzola
  • 4 teaspoons cranberries, from the glass
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Halve the pears, peel and carefully remove the core. Put about 25 g Gorgonzola soft cheese into each hollowed-out pear half, more if necessary.
  2. Now place the pear half with the curvature upwards on each of 1 puff pastry pieces and lightly place the dough on the pear all around so that a small edge forms. Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Before serving, add 1 teaspoon of cranberries to each half of the pear.
