Ingredients

  • 300 g feta cheese
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 4 slices beetroot, from the glass
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 pinch (s) paprika powder, hot pink

Instructions

  1. Cut the feta and beetroot into small pieces and place in a blender jar. Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the blender jar with the other ingredients.
  2. Stir with the hand blender several times until the desired consistency is achieved. Pour into a glass bowl and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. The dressed sheep`s cheese is suitable as a dip or starter. Serve with aioli, olives and bread, for example.
