- 500 g spinach leaves, fresh or frozen
- 200 g cream cheese, plain or with herbs
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 cans tuna in its own juice

- Stew the spinach in a pan with the garlic. Season the cream cheese with salt and pepper and refine the spinach with it.
