Ingredients

  • 100 g spinach, fresher, youner
  • 80 g feta cheese
  • 80 g pork belly, streaky, smoked
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil
  • 25 ml white wine vinegar, milder
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled mustard, medium hot
  • 1 clove (s) garlic
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground white

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and dry the lettuce. Crumble the cheese a little.
  2. Cut the bacon into not too thick cubes or strips and place in the still cold pan. Turn on the stove and slowly fry the bacon until crispy. Slightly degrease the bacon on kitchen paper.
  3. In the meantime, finely chop the garlic, put the vinegar, oil, garlic, mustard and spices in a jar and shake vigorously.
  4. Mix the spinach with the salad dressing and arrange on plates, sprinkle with cheese and add bacon to the salad. Serve immediately.
