Ingredients

  • 200 g spinach leaves, fresher
  • 0.5 ½ head frize salad
  • 6 medium tomato (s)
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil

Instructions

  1. Sort the spinach, wash it thoroughly and pat dry, clean the frisee and pluck it into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and quarter the tomatoes and cut out the stalks. Arrange everything on plates.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients together. Roast the sunflower seeds in a Teflon pan without fat. Pour the sauce, sunflower seeds and basil leaves over the salad and serve immediately.
