- Most people throw away the stalks of fresh spinach; But you can make a very tasty salad with it, reminiscent of wild herbs.
- Simmer the thoroughly washed stems in a little water over low heat for about 15-20 minutes until they are cooked. So soft, but still have a slight bite.
