Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 roll (s), stale
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 onions)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch wild garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet and hot
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Finely grate the carrot (peeled) and zucchini. Soak the bread roll and squeeze it out well. Wash the wild garlic and cut crosswise into fine strips. Mix / knead all ingredients well and season with the spices. Form plantlets with damp hands (I will make about 12 pieces of the above quantity) and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  2. We also have potato salad, also refined with wild garlic.
  3. If you bake the plantlets in the oven, you don`t have the problem with frying them in the pan that the apartment still smells like frying fat 3 days later, and they are much lower in fat.
  4. With these meat patties I can cheer on my loved ones a little more vegetables without them noticing.
