Ingredients

  • 1 medium white cabbage
  • Puff pastry, 3 rolls
  • 400 g beef, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg (s)
  • sugar
  • Caraway seed
  • Spice mixture (soup seasoning)
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the cabbage and sauté, glaze with sugar and add spices. Roast the minced meat with salt and pepper. Let all the ingredients cool down and then mix them together. Season well with soy sauce, spread on the prepared pastry sheets and roll up. Brush with yolk and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  2. Serve lukewarm with lettuce and soy seedlings.
