Ingredients

  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 200 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 leek
  • 0.25 ¼ head white cabbage
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 piece (s) egg yolks
  • 200 g Gouda, youn, rated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, ground
  • 1 piece (s) egg yolk
  • 1 jar mung bean seedlings
  • possibly vegetables

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings or slice. Clean the leek, cut lengthways, wash and cut into very fine strips. Clean the white cabbage, slice very thinly, leave the stalk behind. Thoroughly wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. If necessary, clean other vegetables and cut into small pieces. Drain the mung bean seedlings and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onions in the oil. Add the minced meat and fry until it becomes crumbly. Put the vegetables in the pan, stir in for 6 - 8 minutes, pre-cook. Season with soy sauce, reduce the liquid a little. Let the meat-vegetable mixture cool down for 10 minutes. Then add the egg yolks, grated cheese, salt and pepper and stir.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on the paper supplied. Spread the filling on the puff pastry.
  4. Leave about 3 cm free on the short sides. Beat these edges on the filling. Roll up the dough from the long side with the help of the paper. Place carefully on baking paper. Brush with egg yolk, firmly sticking the edges together.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C on the second from the bottom for 35 - 40 minutes.
  6. Serve hot!
  7. The filling is easy to prepare, so that the preparation time is reduced to just folding it up and baking it in the oven.
