Ingredients

  • 0.75 ¾ Pack spaetzle
  • Salt water
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet tomato (s), happened
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small can corn, drained
  • 1 packet cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaetzle in salted water for about 10 minutes. Fry the minced meat and season well.
  2. Dice the pepper. Mix the cooked spaetzle and the fried mince with the bell pepper and the drained corn in a baking dish.
  3. Mix the cream, sour cream and tomato puree in a bowl and season properly to taste. Pour the liquid over the rest of the casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Then in the oven at approx. 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes. Tastes very tasty and is very filling.
