Steamed Fish

Cooking carp or other fish in a double boiler is very easy. This dish will not only be healthy, but certainly delicious because steamed fish still tastes differently from ordinary boiled fish.

Ingredients

  • Carp (or other fish) – 1 kg
  • Lemon – 1/4 pc.
  • Seasoning for fish – 1 teaspoon.
  • Parsley greens – 1 bunch
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to steam fish:

Directions

  1. Chop greens, sliced lemon.
  2. Fish to clean from scales and viscera, remove gills. Saltfish inside and out, sprinkle with seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil on all sides and inside. Put a few slices of lemon and chopped parsley into the belly of the fish.
  3. Put the fish in a double boiler, put a few slices of lemon on top, grind with the remaining chopped parsley. Steam the fish until tender, about 20 minutes.
  4. You can serve steamed fish with boiled potatoes or rice.
