Ingredients
Meat (beef pulp) – 600 g
Canned beans (or boiled) – 400 g or dry beans – 150 g
Tomatoes in their own juice – 250 g
Celery stalk – 200 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 3 cloves
Seasoning – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
Directions
Wash the meat, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into small pieces.
Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Cut the celery stalks into small pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meat until crisp.
Add onion and celery to the meat, fry together. Reduce heat, cover skillet, and cook for about 30 minutes, until tender.
Then add tomatoes in your own juice, garlic, passed through a press, and seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook the meat in the tomato sauce for another 10 minutes.
Place the beans in the skillet (no liquid).
Mix. Cook meat with beans in tomato sauce for another 5-10 minutes.
