- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ thyme, dried
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ rosemary, dried
- 1 tablespoon parmesan, fresh, grated
- Salt and pepper if necessary

- Drizzle the tomatoes with oil in a saucepan, add the garlic, peppers, thyme and rosemary to the oil and simmer over low heat with the lid closed for about 20 minutes. Add the parmesan to the stock and season if necessary.
