Ingredients

  • 250 g low-fat quark (oranic)
  • 150 g natural yourt (oranic, 3.8% fat)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla powder, real
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled raw cane sugar (organic), possibly more or less
  • 7 tablespoon milk (organic, any fat level)
  • 5 g dark chocolate (oranic, = 1 small piece a 100 bar)

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, yogurt, milk, sugar and vanilla with a whisk until creamy, add a little milk if necessary to achieve the desired consistency. Grate the chocolate into the quark (I always do this with a peeler) and stir in.
  2. Note: The amount of sugar should be adjusted to your own taste (with 2 tablespoons of sugar the quark will be quite sweet).
