Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 can pineapple, sliced
- 250 ml natural yogurt

- Cut the pineapple slices into smaller pieces and fold them into the yogurt. Can also be mixed briefly in a blender.
- Fill into bowls and put in the fridge for about 1 hour. Wash the strawberries, quarter them and place on the yoghurt.
- If you like, you can puree the strawberries. Put the finished yoghurt pineapple mixture and the remaining juice from the pineapple can into the blender. Make it more liquid with milk or cream as needed. Fill into glasses. Finally, pour the pureed strawberries over it. Straw into the glass and a delicious wellness drink is ready.
