- 1 kg strawberries
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
- 50 ml Campari

- Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into small pieces. Put the strawberry pieces and preserving sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil while stirring and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, stir in Campari, pour into prepared glasses immediately and close. Makes approx. 6 glasses of 200 ml each.
