Strawberry Dessert with Marsala Wine

Until the real tasty strawberries have grown, we will make desserts from the greenhouse. Simple and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Strawberry – 250 g
  • Lemon – 1/2 pc.
  • Sweetred wine Marsala – 100 ml
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Mint for decoration

Directions

  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and cut into arbitrary pieces.
  2. Grate the zest of half a lemon on a fine grater, then squeeze the juice from the same half of the lemon. Add sugar. Add sweet red wine (I have Marsala). Mix everything and let the strawberry dessert steep for several hours.
  3. Serve the strawberry dessert with fresh mint.
