Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese, rainier
  • sugar
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
  • 12 strawberries
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • 0.25 ¼ tonka bean (s), grated

Instructions

  1. For the first layer of the dessert, mix the vanilla pulp with the grainy cream cheese and sugar. I take half a teaspoon, but the degree of sweetness is more a matter of taste.
  2. Put a tablespoon of this mass into three small glasses.
  3. Add five of the strawberries to the rest of the mixture and puree everything with the hand blender. Distribute this puree evenly over the glasses as the next layer.
  4. Next, mix five strawberries again and distribute them back to the glasses.
  5. For the top layer of the glasses, whip the cream with the tonka bean and sugar until stiff, cut the remaining strawberries into cubes and fold into the cream. Pour the strawberry cream into the glasses again.
  6. For garnishing you can of course use strawberries again or e.g. mint.
