Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 large banana (s)
- some lemon juice
- some sweetener, liquid
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 g cream
- 250 ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50 g beverae powder, e.. Kaba, also more
- 100 g chocolate, whole milk

- Wash the strawberries, puree with lemon juice and possibly sweetener. Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar and 3/4 of the strawberry puree.
- Cut the banana into slices and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff, if necessary sweeten.
- Sauce:
- Cook a cocoa from milk, vanilla sugar and Kaba and then let the chocolate melt in it. If the sauce is too thin for you, you can thicken it with half a teaspoon of cornstarch. Let the sauce cool down.
- Layer in glasses or bowls:
- Strawberry quark, spread the banana slices on top, then strawberry quark and then the rest of the strawberry puree. Finally, add a dollop of cream and some chocolate sauce. Chill until ready to eat.
- Tip:
- Also tastes good with canned peaches.
