Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries (keep 3-4 strawberries per person for arnish)
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon jam (strawberry jam)
- some Milk

- Put the quark with a little milk and (depending on your taste) with 1-2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam in a bowl, mix everything together and stir until smooth. Cut the strawberries (except the strawberries for garnish) into very small pieces, then carefully fold them into the quark.
- Distribute the strawberry quark in small glass / dessert bowls. Garnish with halved strawberries.
