Ingredients

  • 10 large date (s), with stone,
  • 60 g oat cream cheese
  • 6 walnuts
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 200 °.
  2. Roughly chop the walnuts, possibly toast them a little in a frying pan or in the microwave, but not too dark, otherwise they will become bitter. Let cool down.
  3. Slit the dates lengthways (but do not cut them in half!) And remove the stone.
  4. Mix the goat cream cheese with honey and walnuts and add this filling to the dates.
  5. Let it get hot in the oven in 3-5 minutes, serve immediately and enjoy!
  6. A delicious bite, whether on the buffet, with an aperitif or as a dessert!
