- 10 medium tomato (s)
- 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 5 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cognac
- 1 small Can / s tuna, in its own juice
- Pepper, (at will)
- some paprika powder, (noble sweet)

- Cut off the top of the tomatoes and hollow them out.
- Drain the tuna and place in a bowl and mix the hard-boiled, chopped eggs with the other ingredients. Season to taste with pepper and paprika and fill the tomatoes with it.
