- 5 medium tomato (s)
- 2 cans tuna, (natural or in oil)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- pepper
- salt

- Drain the tuna. If you take tuna in oil you can catch the oil and use it instead of the olive oil.
- Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Wash, quarter, core and dice tomatoes. Wash the parsley and chop finely, except for something to garnish. Mix the prepared ingredients with the oil and season with pepper, salt and sugar.
- It goes well with baguette or flatbread.
