- 2 cans tuna, in oil
- 300 g cheese, (Gouda)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 yellow pepper (s)
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 1 lemon (s), possibly 2
- Pepper, to taste
- 500 g tomato (s)

- Dice the onion, bell pepper and Gouda cheese, quarter the tomatoes. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the tuna in oil. Mix well. Season the whole thing with the juice of 1-2 lemons and pepper. Let everything steep, but take it out of the refrigerator for at least half an hour before eating so that the cheese is at room temperature. Baguette is served with it.
