  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 2 tomato (s), fully ripe
  • Salt and pepper if you have it or not otherwise
  • lemon juice, or omit it if necessary
  • possibly herbs, your choice

Instructions

  1. Put the tuna and the oil in a bowl, roughly chop it up, wash the tomatoes, cut out the stalk, cut into large cubes, add to the tuna, season if necessary and mix.
  2. If you still have parsley, chives, basil or other fresh herbs to hand, please add them! Otherwise, this salad also tastes good with baguette or other fresh bread.
