Tomatoes Stuffed with Tuna and Olives

Tomatoes stuffed with tuna and olives are a beautiful and healthy appetizer for a festive table. The stuffed tomatoes in this recipe cook very quickly and are delicious!

Ingredients
- Tomatoes (medium size) – 2 pcs.
- Canned tuna – 70 g
- Green olives – 20 g
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
- Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
For decoration:
- Onions – 0.25-0.5 pcs.
- Black olives – 2 pcs.
- Fresh thyme – 2 sprigs
Directions
- Cut off the tops from the tomatoes. Using a teaspoon, remove all the partitions with pulp and seeds from the tomatoes. Dry the tomato cups from the inside – blot all the liquid with paper napkins.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the filling: chopped olives, pieces of canned tuna, mayonnaise, ground black pepper.
- Distribute the filling over the tomato cups.
- Cut the onion into half rings.
- Garnish the tomatoes stuffed with tuna and olives with half rings of onion, black olive and a sprig of thyme.
- We serve stuffed tomatoes with tuna and olives as a portioned cold snack.
