Ingredients
- 4 large mushrooms, brown
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 olives, black
- 4 olives, green
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon whipped cream
- 1 pinch (s) paprika powder, noble sweet
- 4 sprigs rosemary, small, young
- 8 cubes feta cheese
- salt

- Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms and clean the mushroom caps with kitchen paper if necessary.
- Finely chop the olives and mushroom stalks and place in a container. Add the cream cheese, whipped cream, lemon juice and olive oil and mix everything together. Season the filling with salt, pepper and paprika powder and distribute evenly among the mushrooms. Put 2-3 cubes of feta cheese on top of the mixture and put a sprig of rosemary into the filling. Sprinkle some paprika over the mushrooms and then bake in the oven at 200-220 ° for 20 minutes.
