Ingredients

  • 4 m. Zucchini, or peppers
  • 2 packs feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon pesto (basil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 200 degrees.
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthways and hollow out. Mash the feta with a fork. Mix the pesto with the feta. Pour the mixture into the hollowed out zucchinis. Then cook in a baking dish in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  3. To let it cool down.
