  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  1. Roast the buckwheat flour in a pan without fat until it starts to smell good. Bring water and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Add the boiling water to the flour in sips.
  2. Stir the resulting sterz with a fork until it disintegrates into small lumps. Cover the Sterz and let it swell slightly on the stove.
