Ingredients
- 250 g beef, cooked
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 dash vinegar
- Pumpkin seed oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly chives

- Let the cooked beef cool and cut into thin, bite-sized slices. Cut the onion into rings and combine with the beef and drained beans in a bowl.
- Season the whole thing with salt and pepper, then season with plenty of vinegar and pumpkin seed oil. It is best to eat black bread, which you can use to top up the marinade! To serve you can sprinkle the dish with chives!
