Instructions

  1. Make a dough from all ingredients except sugar with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls with damp hands and chill for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  3. Put the sugar in a deep plate. Press each dough ball flat in a circle from one side in the sugar. Fold it together once, with the sugar side inward. Dip the resulting semicircle into the sugar again from one side and fold it again, sugar inward. Now press again into the sugar. Place the triangles on the baking sheet with the sugar side up.
