  • 125 g feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoon spring onion (s)

For the dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • salt and pepper
  • Sweetener or sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean the sugar loaf, cut into strips and wash. Dice or slice the beetroot. Dice the feta cheese. Cut the spring onion into rings.
  2. Stir the dressing together and season to taste. Mix everything together and serve.
