Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 80 g oat flakes, crunchy
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 400 g strawberries
- 400 g cottae cheese

- Melt the butter in a pan, add sugar and oatmeal. Roast until light brown while stirring constantly. Wash and quarter the strawberries. Mix the cottage cheese with the oat flakes and divide into 4 bowls. Place the strawberries on top and serve.
