Ingredients

  • 300 g sweet cherries, with a stem
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 4 kiwi (s)
  • 2 peach (s)
  • 100 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream, or soy cream
  • 3 tablespoon orange liqueur, or orange juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the fruit and cut into bite-sized pieces. Do not remove the stems from the cherries. Light a tealight under the fondue pot. Let the chocolate melt slowly and stir in the cream. Finally, add a shot of orange liqueur or juice. Put the fruit on fondue forks and dip in the chocolate. Hold the cherries by the stems and immerse them without a fork.
