  • Salad, (e.g. Lollo Bianco or oak leaf lettuce)
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 100 g shrimp (s)
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, 7% fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, fresh
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Wash the lettuce and cut into small strips. Also cut the onions into small cubes. Fry the prawns briefly and deglaze with a little water, add the cream cheese, lemon, salt and pepper and stir until creamy. This is also the salad dressing. Arrange everything on a plate and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  2. If you want to save even more fat, you can of course also take cream cheese with 0.1% fat.
