Ingredients

  • 1 kg jacket potato (s), waxy
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • Broth, granulated
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 300 g yourt (3.5%)
  • 125 g mayonnaise, liht (e.. Miracel Whip balance)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the jacket potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Then pour off and collect 100 ml of the cooking water, then stir this with grainy broth to taste. Peel and dice the potatoes. Add the vegetable stock and vinegar to the potatoes.
  2. Peel and chop the onion. Wash and dice the radishes. Wash the chives and cut into rolls. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Also fold the yogurt sauce with onions, radishes and chives into the potatoes. Let it steep until you eat it.
  3. Tip: If you like it even lighter, you can also use low-fat yogurt.
