Ingredients
- 70 ml liqueur (strawberry lime), preferably homemade
- 15 ml syrup (elderflower syrup), possibly homemade
- 115 ml Prosecco
- 1 strawberry or lemon for garnish

- Pour the ingredients one after the other into a champagne or wine glass. Garnish with a strawberry or half a lemon wedge on the edge of the glass.
- It is important to use a strawberry lime that has not yet been diluted with sparkling wine, lemonade or the like, but is actually a concentrate of vodka, sugar and strawberries.
