  • 15 ml syrup (elderflower syrup), possibly homemade
  • 115 ml Prosecco
  • 1 strawberry or lemon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the ingredients one after the other into a champagne or wine glass. Garnish with a strawberry or half a lemon wedge on the edge of the glass.
  2. It is important to use a strawberry lime that has not yet been diluted with sparkling wine, lemonade or the like, but is actually a concentrate of vodka, sugar and strawberries.
