Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, approx. 800 g pulp
- 1 orange (s), approx. 400 g
- 3 carrot (s), approx. 175 g
- 2 teaspoons, heaped chia seeds

- Wash the oranges and carrots, peel them, cut into small pieces and put them in the blender. Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk in the middle of the pineapple, cut the flesh into small pieces and add to the oranges and carrots.
- Puree for 20-30 seconds on the highest setting. Then add the chia seeds and mix for another 5 seconds so that the seeds are mixed in well.
