Ingredients
- 500 g beans, reen, cleaned
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 1 teaspoon, heaped vegetable stock, instant
- 1 onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Lemon juice

- Pour water into a saucepan and add the broth, add the beans and cook for 30 minutes.
- Take the beans out of the pot and place in a bowl. Add the finely chopped onions, salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, oil and part of the cooking stock. Mix everything well and let cool down.
- Before serving, season again with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
