Ingredients
- 200 g meat sausae
- 200 g sausae, (black sausae)
- 200 g cucumber (s), (pickles)
- 100 g tomato peppers, from the jar
- 3 large onion (s)
For the sauce:
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, (wine vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- possibly water
- some black pepper

- Peel the meat sausage and black sausage and cut into fine strips with pickles and tomato peppers. Cut the onions into fine rings.
- Mix the sauce ingredients and season to taste. Mix all ingredients together and let steep for another half an hour.
- It is best served with fish farmhouse bread and a cold beer.
