Ingredients

For the yeast dough:

  • 375 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 190 ml milk
  • 75 g butter

For the filling:

  • 150 g ham, Black Forest or bacon, diced
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg (s) for brushing

Instructions

  1. Put flour in a bowl and crumble the yeast, warm milk and dissolve the butter in it, pour on the flour and yeast and knead into a dough until it comes off the edge easily. Let the dough rise until it has doubled.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients for the filling.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle 30 x 40 cm and distribute the filling on top. Roll up the dough, cut the roll completely in the middle and intertwine both parts. Brush with egg and let rise for another 10 minutes. Bake in the oven preheated to 170 ° C (fan oven) for 45 minutes.
